(Note:WinRAR has 7z read-only support. Little known and obscure other apps support it: BreadZip, ALZip, ExtractNow, etc. The link above is for the official 7zip archiver and until WinRAR properly includes 7z, is the recommended/easiest tool for 7z archive creation)
For command-line use, the late versions include 'un7zip.exe', included with '7zip.dll' as part of the bin folder of the 'BASE' installation of DriverPacks.
